  Comfortable, clean, cosy holiday apartment close to the beach

  Liked: Comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained. Communication with Dario was exceptional. The apartment was perfect for 2 with clean comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom with toiletries. The kitchen was clean and compact with everything for a holiday stay including condiments, coffee and wash facilities for the washing machine and sink (a great plus). Supermarkets within walking distance. Main bus station from the airport was a 10 minute walk to the property.

  Disliked: The side street could get noisy later on at night. Take earplugs to avoid disturbed sleep.

  Very nice

  Liked: The flat was excellent and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. It was clean, well equipped. Great location close to the beach and shops, small and big. We genuinely loved staying there.

  Disliked: the smell of the linen. It seemed like it may not have dried fully before being put away, and the damp smell was noticeable.

  My best stay ever

  Liked: I travel a lot both for work and leisure and always stay in apartments. Trust my words, this apartment is more than great, it’s just marvellous! I would reasonably call it the best place I’ve ever stayed in. Spacious, bright, flawlessly clean, fully equipped for any type of stay (solo, couple or even family), classy design and really high quality materials. Special mentioning goes to USB-C sockets next to regular ones, it was a life saver since I travel with only one adaptor. Divinely comfortable bed, brand new linen, amazing sunrises every morning and sea visible from the balcony. You can clearly feel that Dario (owner) contributes enormously to make it a cozy, safe and very pleasant place to stay. Now to practical points. The apartment is ideally located halfway from bus terminal to Canteras beach, making it so easy to get there once you’re in Las Palmas. Start your morning with a stunning only 4 minute walk to the beach, breathe fresh air, indulge yourself with a swim and get back to the apartment for breakfast. At your disposal you have laundry machine, fridge, microwave, stove, tableware, kitchenware and lots of other useful equipment like hairdryer, iron and ironing board etc. I want to emphasise that everything is brand new! Quite a rare thing for apartments with affordable prices nowadays. Here price/quality rate is over any expectation. The bathroom is without single blemish, pristinely clean and modern, as if I were the first guest to stay there. I truly had a feeling that I’m home away from home. Overall, if you read this review trying to make your final decision about place to stay in Las Palmas, don’t doubt, book with Dario and thank me later. Meanwhile I want to thank Dario for unforgettable impressions and pleasant stay in his apartment. Whenever I’m back to GC, that’s my place to be!

  Liked: The distance to the beach. The options around the apartment for food, drinks, etc. The flat was clean and renovated.

  Disliked: The area was a bit noisy, and also the walls were thin. It's easy to hear your neighbor.

  Exceptional

  Liked: Perfect location. You got everything you need in the apartment. Short walk to the beach,restaurants and Santa Catalina, where the local busses take you where you want to go. The aparment is clean, and the host is very nice and kind. I stayed for 34 nights, and it was nice to have a place where I could work,live and enjoy my stay here in Las Palmas. Thank you so much.
