Liked: Very spacious and comfortable. On site, secure parking. Good communication before and during stay.
Liked: Lovely staff couldn't do enough for you, spacious apartment with everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
Liked: High spec of apartments, with beautifully decorated, well furnished, excellent wardrobe hanging space, very superbly appointed kitchen with excellent and plenty of cookware and tableware
Disliked: Checking in out of hours was overly complicated, and the keys to the apartment were de-activated the night before our departure. Therefore a new guest booked to take our room over on our day of check out, just come into our apartment whilst we were still having breakfast - 3 hours before checkout. A second bathroom would have been a 'nice to have'
Liked: Good location just off sea front and restraunts. Very friendly staff, very clean.
Great location. Spacious rooms
Liked: No stress. Everything was easy. Everything just works. Supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. There was a wonderful care package waiting for us. And staff was kind enough to give my wife birthday present.
Disliked: Cleaning frequency. If you stay longer than 7 days you get one additional cleaning free. Otherwise it is chargeable. During summer you need to clean more frequently. It’s just a necessity. We were there 12 days. They’ve cleaned the room properly towards mid of our stay. But carpets are not cleaned often enough I would say. It is visible. But it is still a great stay
It was clean and very big!
Liked: Tha accomodation is 5 minute walk from the ocean. It has a good garage and it was very clean.
Disliked: The main sandy beach is 20 min walk but still cold sometimes, it wort renting a car and drive south where is always sunny.
