  Great apartment close to the beach

  Liked: We spent two weeks in the Attico Albareda in late November and early December. Mara and her son Eduardo were excellent hosts and met us warmly on arrival. They gave us useful suggestions for our first vist to Las Palmas and were very helpful when we had some issues that were beyond their control (brief cut to services to the block). Both before and during our visit they responded very quickly to our queries. We found the apartment very comfortable, in excellent condition and well equipped. The outside terrace was great and we enjoyed taking our meals there. The location was excellent, with the fabulous beach just steps away, plenty of places to stock up with food nearby, and an easy walk to the Santa Catalina bus station which made travel to and from the airport and bus trips around the island very easy and inexpensive.

  Disliked: Nothing. I would strongly recommend this apartment.

  Liked: Literally everything was stunning. Very clean and stylish apartment. Very nice hosts who paid attention to details and anticipated all our requests. If you person who like spend time on the terrace this option is the best.

  Superb

  Liked: Superb location - just a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches you will ever find (Las Canteras). Loads of shops, bars and restaurants in close vicinity too. Close to the main bus station (Santa Cantalina) so very easy to get to some of the other more touristic places (like Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas) in short time. The apartment iteslf is small but fabulous with everything you'd need for a short break. The balcony especially is just right and reasonably secluded.

  Disliked: There was nothing to dislike - everything was excellent.
