  Liked: Good location, very close to San Telmo bus station, with a SuperDino supermarket nearby. The room is very basic, but it was clean and comfortable. Some parts of the house could use renovation, but for a short stay it does the job well. I stayed during the low season and, for the price I paid, I found it fair for the location and what was offered. However, the higher prices charged in the high season would feel a bit too much for this type of accommodation.

  Disliked: The room had a frosted window without a curtain. You cannot see clearly through it, but silhouettes are still visible, so the privacy is not complete. It would be nice to have a curtain that can be opened and closed when needed. The check-in process and the automatic main door lock could also be explained a bit better in the first message you receive after booking. The PIN sent to your inbox only works the first time, and after that you need to use the blue chip attached to the room key to open the main door. During my stay, some guests also closed the mechanical latch on the main door, which meant that other guests could not get back inside. Mentioning these common issues in the initial booking message would make things easier for both the guests and the owner.

  Cheap but not easy

  Liked: Good location and quite place.

  Disliked: A lot of quirky forniture, not that well maintained and cleaned. Impossible to contact the staff through the chat. Not very helpful.

  Liked: Quirky place, room at the back was very quiet, no traffic noise at all, even though it's on a busy street. I sat on the balcony in the evening and watched the world go by. Very peaceful and restful apartment.
