Liked: I stayed here for 12 days with my 8-year-old son. The apartment was very spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The cleaning was okay, although I had to do some extra cleaning when we arrived. There was quite a bit of dust under the beds and sofas, and the apartment smelled of cigarettes, probably left by previous guests. This bothered us, so we had to buy odor-eliminating spray. The bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly, and the washing machine was broken, leaving our clothes stuck inside. The apartment managers were helpful and responsive, and they tried to find solutions when I reported the issues. We were given fresh linen and towels after a week, but the cleaning lady just dropped them off. It would have been nice if she had changed them, as we had to do it ourselves. There is no cleaning included during your stay, and you have to pay extra if you want it. I think that’s unreasonable, especially for stays longer than a week and for families with children. When you’re on vacation, you don’t want to have to worry about cleaning or changing the bedsheets. Overall, I thought it was a nice apartment with lovely decor, close to many good restaurants, the beach, shopping centers, and taxi and bus stops. It just needs better maintenance and cleaning. Thank you for being very responsive and understanding when we needed it.

Liked: We liked the comfort: Airconditioning, the lay out of the apartment - the mattresses and beds in general - the availability of kitchenware.

Disliked: A door to the bedroom could not be closed, she was jamming to the floor. The blinds in the living room did not work, and could not be fixed during our saty.

Liked: Very nice apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches. The host answers fast to any questions you may have. Overall a very pleasant experience in the heart of Las Palmas.
