  Great experience!

  Liked: Great stay in a perfect location The apartment is very well located, right in the central area of Las Canteras Beach, which made everything super convenient: restaurants, shops, and the beach are all within walking distance. The cleanliness was impeccable! Everything was spotless and very well maintained. Communication with Luis was excellent. He was always very attentive and responsive. The check-in process was smooth, and he was also very flexible with the check-out, which we really appreciated. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place!

  Disliked: The only downside is that the balcony/outer area faces an internal courtyard shared with other apartments, so there is limited privacy and noise can carry easily. Also, basic items like toilet paper and trash bags were not replenished during the stay. But these things were really minor and didn’t affect our great experience at the apartment.

  Relaxing in las palmas

  Liked: The apartment was well presented with all the facilities we required for family of three people. Location was good, very close to the sea and las arenas shopping mall. Some good cafes and restaurants close by, more choice towards the centre of las palmas 15-20 minutes walking. Host was friendly, helpful and quick to respond during our stay.

  Disliked: We had to brush and mop the floors because they were dusty on arrival. Cleanliness of some of the surfaces was below our standard. Pillows were too soft. The bathroom is showing signs of wear and tear.

  Us oldies having fun in Las Palmas in a lovely apartment close to everything we needed, fabulous!

  Liked: We spent 4 weeks in this lovely spacious apartment located in the heart of the local surfing district, very close to the beach, great shops, cafes, restaurants, buses and the fabulous Alfredo Kraus Auditorium. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, quality cotton bed linen and towels plus an excellent washing machine and plenty of cleaning products and toiletries on hand. Smart TV and fast internet a bonus for us. Home from home, we loved the place. The owners were kind, thoughtful people who met us on arrival and were on hand nearby if we needed anything. Just brilliant.

  Disliked: It was all good.

  Liked: The host was so responsive and helpful - he even contacted me before I contacted and explained how he can come to give the keys etc. Even though my flight was at super late night, like 3:00am, they were patient and kindly waited my arrival! I was so touched. I thought I had to stay outside somewhere until 8:00 or 9:00am but I could sleep well at their wonderful apartment! Thank you so much again for your wonderful host!

  Exceptional

  Liked: The apartment is well located at the lower end of Playa Las Canteras. The promenade along the ocean is wide, clean, well lit and has plenty of restaurants and snack bars all along. The apartment is close to the Las Arenas mall where the large grocery store Carrefour is located. There's also a couple of bus stops 2 minutes away: one will take you toward the central station where you can catch the bus to the airport and the other will take you to cities on the northern part of the island. The apartment itself is well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped but without an oven which didn't bother us.
