  Pretty Perfect

  Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and assisted our needs when requested.

  Disliked: The general cleanliness of the room could’ve been maintained with basic essentials more efficiently - Such as providing fresh bedding/towels/shampoo/etc

  Comfort | Location | Gym

  Liked: Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient. The Deluxe Double Room with balcony was spacious, with good white/yellow lighting options and large mirrors. The balcony was clean and a nice place to have breakfast/coffee. For a boutique hotel, the gym was extremely well equipped (especially cardio and chest-centric equipment). Convenience store opposite, great cafes a stones’ throw away, 5mins walk to the harbour and beach (you’re in the middle).

  Disliked: There were tarpaulin/equivalent materials covering the shower window. I understand that this is to maintain privacy as well as prevent light coming through the bathroom at night, but looked out of place and quite frankly, ugly. No complementary tea/coffee in the room (two small bottles of water).

  Had a relaxing and comfortable short stay at this smart hotel

  Liked: The location was excellent - easily accessible to the city centre with buses passing frequently. The room was large, clean and bright with a great view out to sea. The in-room bathroom with shower and toilet was big, clean, interesting to look at and adequately preserved the user's privacy. Loved the LED-lit bathroom mirror. The flatscreen television was suitably large enough. One could add one's own drinks and snacks in the modern, see-through door fridge.

  Disliked: I needed to sign in to apps to watch international news channels for instance. The coffee machine in the room needed to be paid for separately, but for the room price it was perfectly acceptable.

  Great place to stay

  Liked: It was all very nice. The room was lovely and we had a great view of the port. Great location. Port on one side and a beautiful beach 5 minute stroll away on the other. Lots of great places to eat and drink.

  Disliked: One thing, as you step out of the lift it is very dark. Black floor, black walls and black ceiling. Lights that came on as you walked along but it was very gloomy and being small sometimes I didn’t trigger the automatic light.

  Only five minutes from Las Canteras

  Liked: I loved my room. I had a bath and a separate shower room.
