Exceptional
Liked: Great
Disliked: It's a bit noisy in the evenings and at night. You can hear doors slamming in the rooms and in the hotel.
Everything was perfect, we will repeat it again!
Liked: The room was cozy and comfortable.
Disliked: One light which came from the door that we didn’t know how to turn it off.
Just excellent facilities and staff - staff went above and beyond, so helpful and friendly
Liked: The staff looked after our every need, and were so friendly and obliging. The hotel was immaculate and rooms kept so clean. The location was excellent and convenient. We have no hesitation in recommending it. Next time we just hope we get better weather - but we can't fault the hotel at all and in spite of the weather we had a lovely relaxing holiday.
Disliked: The stairs were challenging particularly as a result of a knee injury but the staff were able to arrange a room swap to the ground floor for us - very much appreciated.
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: No windows, no daylight
Liked: Great location, really quiet. Excellent for a solo female traveller.
Disliked: No window in bedroom
This is the place!
Liked: Amazing hotel with great location and incredible staff who make you feel at home. 1. We were impressed by the decoration, a real Canarian house that preserves most of the original details and makes you appreciate the typical Canarian architecture. 2. It’s located in the pure historic city centre, just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, also because of it, there is 0 noise at night. 3. The best part: the staff!! Amelia and Mara take care of every detail from the very beginning. We fell in love with the hotel and will definitely come back. Thanks for everything! ☀️ 🤍
