  Centrally located

  Liked: It has everything needed for both short and long stays. It is clean, with comfortable beds, and centrally located just meters from the beach, bars, and the auditorium. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking area and the mall.

  Disliked: The Wifi connection is bad. Connects, ejects, and again.

  Nice and comfy place, would be even awesome with just a few tweaks

  Liked: The first awesome thing -- they have a storage room for baggage, where you can live your stuff until the apartment is ready. The second awesome thing -- there is a code lock on the doors of the property, so it's just not possible to forget your keys or forget to lock the door. The third awesome thing -- the beach is just around the corner (but maybe not so awesome, if youŗe not a surfer. Because, if you just want to have some ordinary swim, you will have to walk 20-25 minutes to another beach, where waters are calm). The bed was comfy, the apartment has really lovely design. And there was a detergent for the washing machine, which was very useful.

  Disliked: There was some mold in the shower, the water in the shower was cold all week long, there was no cutting board in the kitchen, the kettle was a bit dirty. I also think, that if you provide a kitchen for your guests, fill it with at least a small amount of necessary stuff like salt, sugar and pepper. Maybe even some cooking oil. Some tea would also be great.

  A comfortable apartment in a perfect location near the beach, with everything for a great stay

  Liked: We stayed 17 nights in February and had a very good experience overall. ● The location is excellent—about 30 seconds’ walk to the beach, close to Las Arenas shopping center, near public parking, and with easy access to Las Palmas city center. ● The apartment was comfortable and well set up for a longer stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there were enough towels and clean linen/sheets provided. The kitchen is well equipped with the necessary utilities (no dishwasher, as clearly mentioned during booking). ● We also appreciated the large smart TV, comfy sofa, and the dining table with 4 chairs, which is also practical if you need to work. The area felt quiet both day and night, so we could sleep well and even keep the window open at night without noise. There are also many bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which made it very convenient. ● Communication was good as well—the contact person was helpful and responded as quickly as possible when we needed something. ● Parking tip for future guests: Parking Intermodal El Rincón is about 700 meters away (around 7 minutes walking) and is quite affordable—around €3 from 2 hours up to a full day. If you stay longer, there’s also a monthly option (€28 for the first month and €25 for the following months). ● Wi‑Fi speed was perfect, suitable for browsing and working

  Disliked: None of these were deal breakers, but they are worth mentioning for future guests: ● There is no dishwasher (this was clear in the listing, just something to note for longer stays). ● The shower water pressure was a bit low (not sure if this is specific to the apartment or common in Gran Canaria). ● There was no vacuum cleaner—only a broom and dustpan. If you stay for a longer period, a vacuum would be helpful. ● Arrival information could be slightly clearer. For example, - the building door uses a digital keypad lock, but it also has a physical key that should be taken when going out in case the keypad doesn’t work—this wasn’t explained at check-in. - Wi‑Fi info was confusing: the property sent general Wi‑Fi details that suggested poor speed and could be used by all guests, but each apartment actually has its own separate Wi‑Fi with great speed (the correct network and password were on a magnet attached to the refrigerator). This was not explained in advance.

  Great location/price value

  Liked: The apartment is super new. Totally enough for family with 2 kids (8 & 6 years old) You have everything you need except the dishwasher and indoor clothes hanger. The location is 1.5 km away from the main Sandy beach but just beside the surfing beach and is close to the main mall. Price/value/location is amazing.

  Disliked: Some reviews mention that there is no view from the apartment, for us it wasn't a problem as we were going out most of the time. A few days before arrival, I sent a message through booking and by email but didn't't get any reply. I eventually had to call to get an answer.
