  Ruined by some idiotic person

  Liked: Returned back in the early hours of the morning after a great day only to find somebody in my bed, he said it was his, I had been been shown where I was sleeping by the manager earlier in the day, and had left some items on it. I tried to stay calm, but if II had been in a different humour this could have become a very unpleasant situation. In the morning I vented my frustration and anger at a member of staff, who simply said sorry, the manager who seemed good was not available and I am in the process of trying to contact him. A simple sorryI was not good enough for me as I wanted to know the reason why, this stupidity could have been disasterous for all concerned.

  Disliked: The total stupidity of staff, I had Ben given the wrong code for entering the hostel on arrival as well as above comments.

  Liked: It's a cool place. It's also located right in the "centre". It's near San Telmo bus station & la calle de Triana with all the stores (McDonald's, Druni, etc etc) The volunteers were chill. I don't know their names unfortunately jaja. Also know that it's pretty warm/hot in the room.

  Disliked: The plates and frying pans in the kitchen weren't enough. The volunteers don't sweep the room after changing the bedding for a new person. I don't like that the website/app doesn't show enough pictures of how the rooms actually look like. Most of the photos here are of the general spaces (kitchen & garden). Also wish they had curtains or something for tge beds. Because when you turn on the bedside light it unfortunately disturbs other people who might not want the light or asleep.
