Nice flat in downtown Gran Canaria

Liked: Nice, clean, modern flat in downtown Gran Canaria.

Disliked: The host only responded after we called him several times and did not reply to our messages. He wasn’t unfriendly, but neither was he particularly welcoming on the phone. We were initially given the wrong code to access the building and had to call him again.

  Very convenient for short stay

Liked: This is a single room apartment - not a hotel. Good kitchen, sitting, and sleeping areas plus sunbeds on roof, but no restaurant or any staff on the premises. Excellent location. Make sure you have the access codes before arriving at the premises. On a mobile phone use Read Messages app supplied in the email There are no attachments as the email mentions.

Disliked: No problems Many cafes and restaurants nearby

Well located appartment for a decent price

Liked: Comfortable bed, storage space for suitcase and clothes. A good amount of towels and toilet paper to have a comfortable two week stay. An oven and a freezer allowing for deep frozen meals and a microwave. A big grocery store with generous opening hours is less than 5 minutes walk away.

Disliked: The towels got smelly quite fast. The air quality in the appartment gets bad quite fast if not using the air conditioner. The furniture sadly shows quite some signs of abuse by previous guests making things look less fresh.
