  A comfortable easy stay once we cracked the parking. Will go back. Would like hot drinks available

  Nice hotel, nicely renovated, but that's about it. I wouldn't come back

  Liked: I liked the hotel, very nicely renovated and colorful.

  Disliked: First of all, if you happen to stay on the street side, the noise is infernal. You can't rest at all, it's as if the windows were open all the time. This problem was solved, we changed rooms. They told us that they can't interfere with the windows because it's a historical building and they're not allowed to. The breakfast is very poor for a 4-star hotel. My husband asked for 2 extra eggs, gave up the bread and whatever else was next to it and they asked him for the money for the 2 extra eggs. Obviously the amount was something like 3 euros, that's not the problem, but the fact that you're a 4-star hotel seems out of place to me. Not to mention that the shower hose was broken.

  Loved everything. The hotel room, breakfast. Cleanliness. The area has lovely little bars around it

  Liked: We were going to a resort but we decided to stay in Las Palmas for 1 night. We loved this hotel. It was a gorgeous little hotel. Loved it. The breakfast was fab. The room was spotlessly clean and location was perfect. We will be back for longer next time. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

  Disliked: Nothing. All fab.
