  Great specious apartment in perfect location

  Liked: Great location close to the old town, many restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated and spacious. Nice patio and rooftop in the building

  Liked: Suite Alejandra - very nice and modern two bed apartment, location is perfect ( close to San Telmo bus station so you can move everywhere. Apartment has unlimited water, coffee and drinks.

  Disliked: A few things to be aware of if you’re considering staying here. Parking in the area can be quite difficult if you’re driving, and the apartment gets very warm as there are no windows in the bedrooms or bathrooms. We needed to keep a fan running at night, which was quite noisy. The street can also be loud, so you must bring earplugs. Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the cleaning. We left used towels on the floor on day two expecting them to be replaced, but the same towels were put back on the rail. The floors also didn’t appear to have been vacuumed, as crumbs and hairs were still there after the apartment had been cleaned. On our final day we also had a cockroach on the kitchen counter. We were also a little disappointed that three nice empty wine bottles we had been given as souvenirs by a lovely nearby restaurant were thrown away by the cleaner. They were left together in a bag on the kitchen counter. I can completely understand that this was probably a misunderstanding, but hopefully more care can be taken with guests’ belongings in future. Overall, there were positives to our stay, but unfortunately the cleaning standards were what brought our rating down.

  SPECIAL AND UNIQUE PLACE TO STAY AT TRIANA

  Liked: Very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Free coffee, drinks and even some spirits available in the common inner yard. Everyday service. The garage is just around the corner.

  Disliked: The only disadvantage is the lack of air conditioners, but there are very powerful fans to compensate.

  Overall I really enjoyed the apartment!

  Liked: The location and the apartment is beautiful!

  Disliked: It was missing an air condition. The fan upstairs did not do a lot of cooling down unfortunately.

  Perfect apartment right in the city

  Liked: Very modern and clean. Lovely outdoor spaces to relax and a very generous complimentary help yourself bar. Easy to walk to Vegueta and Triana. Short walk to buses and taxis for other parts of the city.

  Disliked: Nothing.
