  Liked: Location Cleanliness Super fast WiFi. Easy to check in and out. Kind and responsive owners. Kitchen well equipped.

  Disliked: It would be nice to have a dishwasher in such a lovely apartment. No AC. Fans are present but not effective.

  Cool stay

  Liked: A very well located, spacous and renovated flat. Staff (Kirsten) follows up well on your arrivals preparation, needs, etc., and takes immediate action when needed.

  Disliked: Ventillation is extremely bad. Although the flat looks very well renovated and painted, a mechanical ventillation is highly recommended in the bathroom and washing machine room. The flat also get hot if you close the windows to get rid of the very noisy street. Relaying on a static simple fan doesn't solve the issue and makes background noise over the entire night.

  Liked: Good location, there was a washing machine and clothing line, spacious wardrobes, good beds, helpful hosts - there was lacking a towel, they helped really quickly

  Disliked: The apartment is very hot and stuffy, the fan didn't help at all. If you open the windows - be ready for extremely loud garbage pick ups several times a night right under the windows (and you can't close the windows, because there will be no air otherwise) The shower head is really strong and there's no door in the shower area, so the floor is constantly wet.

  Liked: Communication was excellent from the start...I never had to wait for an answer to any queries, and Kristen, one of the hostesses at the building took the time to introduce herself and to check all was ok at the beginning and the end of the stay, she even went out of her way to get my parents (who were already in GC) in to the apartment early. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were made to feel extremely welcome.

  Disliked: There wasn't really anything not to like...the view was limited but it was fair to the property description so there was no problem with this... actually, the apartment was closer to the promenade than expected and was very convenient with a minimart and patisserie just down the street..also a great social square a couple of minutes walk.
