  Disgusting

  Liked: Samo lokacija.

  Disliked: Absolutely disgusting and filthy. Everything was worn out—the couch was dirty, and the bathroom was broken. It was terrible. We spent most of our time outside. Never again. Oh, and there’s no air conditioning—just a dirty, dust-covered fan.

  Liked: great location, very beautiful interior, balcony, has a washing machine and everything else you would need for a stay

  Disliked: you need to use a car lift to get to the parking garage, which is very narrow. would only recommend for experienced drivers

  Liked: Good position, close enough to the center. Quite zone. The room were big and we loved them. Mixed feelings with the private parking. Very usefull but with a big car it could be a problem... Let's call it an experience, we had a lot of fun with that car elevator the first time we saw it.

  Disliked: There was only ceiling air-circulation/fans and not real "air conditioning". But it was enough for us (not everyone could like it).

  Nice apartment, but No Air Conditioning

  Liked: The apartment is quite spacious and nicely decorated. The mattresses were comfortable, and having two separate bathrooms was a great advantage. Underground parking, although it needs to be reserved in advance. The location is excellent—close to the promenade and the beach.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning was a major drawback. The apartment became very stuffy, which made sleeping difficult because there was not enough fresh air. There are electric fans in the apartment, but they were quite noisy and did not improve the situation much. The bedroom windows face the main road, where there is considerable traffic and many buses running from early morning until late at night, so keeping the windows open was not really an option. Overall, the lack of air conditioning, combined with the noise from the road, caused significant discomfort and resulted in poor sleep.

  Clean flat with hard beds. Noisy at night

  Liked: It was clean and close to beach strip and supermarket

  Disliked: Parking in lift was tricky. It broke on second day and we were trapped in the carpark for nearly two hours. Owner refunded the next 4 days parking in a local carpark to us. Bed was extremely hard and no air conditioning made flat hot. If opened window it was extremely noisy till 2am.
