  Liked: The location was good, just a short distance from Las Canteras Beach, which was definitely the main advantage of this stay.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the staff were extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I felt that they were looking for any excuse to charge extra money, which made the overall experience very disappointing. Despite the good location, the attitude of the staff seriously affected our stay. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

  Liked: Very clean, modern & comfortable apartment..... Amazing shower...... Great location next to the beach..... Problem with air conditioning in the lounge was rectified quickly.....

  Disliked: No parking...... Only pay carpark available, which was expensive for the 2 nights..... Apartment was a little expensive..... Air conditioning in bedroom didn't work & was told that it couldn't be fixed.....

  excellent location

  Liked: The location is excellent, close to everything, including the beach. AC in the bedroom as well as in the main room. Extremely clean, everything is new. It has been remodeled, it looked like we were the first ones to use it. New utensils and dishes. This was our 7th stay in the building, this is the 3th company running the place. Fast response to questions. Everyone working in the building were nice and kind. We hope to come back again.

  Disliked: The remodeling comes with issues, like the curtains were not there yet (not am issue), nothing on the walls (few pics would be nice). Also, few things should have been checked, like minor leak at the shower, it would be an easy fix. Nearly every morning the internet was out for 10-20 min, not a major issue but it was somewhat annoying. Since there is a full kitchen, it would be nice to have salt and pepper, for example. It is just waste if everyone buys half kilo of salt and then it is thrown away.

  Disliked: We liked everything, but since it is new I would maybe add some instructions for foreigners who are not familiar with Spain But at the rest it is good

  Good quality/price

  Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here; the apartment met my expectations. Excellent location with the beach right outside the building. Very discreet and unobtrusive customer service. I give it a ten out of ten, honestly.

  Disliked: If you come by car, parking is difficult, but there are quite a few private garages in the area where you can leave your car for a good price.
