  Disliked: Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly advise against staying here. Several of my personal belongings went missing from my room, and the security arrangements at this property are seriously concerning. There was a strange, locked door in my room that appeared to connect to the shared kitchen through another door. I raised concerns about it BEFORE my belongings went missing, but they were dismissed. Even worse, the same access code was used for the main building entrance, the floor entrance, and my room. How is this acceptable security for a place where guests are expected to leave their belongings? My friend, who was staying one floor above me, also had her passport, other documents, and wallet go missing. The only reason my own documents were not taken is that I carry them with me. Otherwise, they could have disappeared too. The money lost in these incidents has still not been returned. The owner’s response was just as unacceptable as the security situation. When I called her to explain what had happened and ask for help, she was dismissive and essentially told me that she was not working at that moment and that it was not her problem. She then hung up on me. This is an appalling way to treat guests dealing with missing belongings and serious security concerns. On top of everything, I found someone’s used underwear in the shared bathroom. I will attach a photo. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable in accommodation that people pay to stay in. Missing belongings, questionable security, appalling hygiene, and an owner who refuses to take responsibility or treat guests with basic respect. I have never experienced such an unacceptable level of service. Think twice before booking this place.

  Liked: The bed was comfortable. The shower was good.

  Disliked: It took us over an hour to gain access. We keyed in the code, the door didn't open. It needs to be made more clear that you have to press the tick after the code. This was explained in 2 separate emails. One gave the code and the other explained about the tick.

  Liked: The house is close to everything. This is the second time you have booked with us. The kitchen utensils are available, hot water is available, and the place is quiet.

  Disliked: However, this time I was surprised by the cleanliness issues. The bed sheets and pillows were dirty, and there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. Also, there was noise from the girls who booked the first room. To be honest, this time I did not feel comfortable and I couldn’t get enough sleep. Whenever I wanted to cook something, I found that the kitchen utensils were dirty. In general, the accommodation has everything needed, except for the issues I mentioned above. Thank you.

  Not a good choice

  Liked: I liked the fact that was in the old town - la Vegueta, pretty close to the Cathedral of Santa Ana, Mercado de Vegueta. We close the room named Ibiza, who is on the rooftop and had private bathroom. It was an only one night stay. Besides this, I didn’t like anything else.

  Disliked: The sheets were so used, yellowed and stained, for me thats a major red flag, signaling poor housekeeping, hygiene issues, and low-quality management.
