Very comfy and intimate stay at Isleta, Las Palmas

Liked: The automated self-checkin and whatsapp customer care was wonderful. We recived instant responses by real officers on the chat, and all pre-compiled instruction messages were extra clear. It was incredible having this assistance during the stay.

Disliked: The bed was a two-single beds pushed together and not a real double bed. This made frequent gaps in the bed happen between us, and it was not super comfy to sleep together. In any case, everything was very clean and comfy.

  Terrible

Liked: I don’t mean to be negative. But we liked Nothing. The location is central but could be dangerous at night with homeless and addicts around this area. Room had problems too.

Disliked: No top cover for the beds; me and my partner had to sleep with just a light sheet on the bed which had us cold at night. Contacted the customer service and they said they would bring one the next day but nothing. Contacted them again and were no help. Blind looking into the room was broken. SECURITY RISK, door leading into the next apartment was open when we arrived back one of the evenings. Do not recommended.
