  Cozy, Clean, and Highly Recommended!

  Liked: I had a wonderful stay here! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless. It felt very welcoming and had every amenity I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you to the staff as well—they were so kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful with everything. I highly recommend this as a clean and cozy home base in Gran Canaria. I would definitely stay here again!

  Disliked: The only small thing to note is that on some days, it could be a bit of a challenge to find parking nearby. However, the comfort and quality of the accommodation more than made up for it.

  The property is uninhabitable and poses health risks

  Disliked: Detailed Issues: * Health & Safety Hazard: Extensive black mold in the bathroom and on fixtures. Most alarmingly, the kitchen sink is not properly secured and is unstable, which is dangerous. * Poor Maintenance & Damage: The furniture is in a state of neglect; cabinet doors are sagging and broken. The walls are covered in visible grime and stains. * Hygiene & Odors: The bed linen has visible stains and a overwhelming chemical smell of detergent. The sofa has a persistent, foul odor that makes the common area unusable. There is a thick layer of dust on all surfaces, including the fans and decor. The property has been grossly misrepresented in the photos on your platform. We are checking out first thing and we refuse to stay another minute in these conditions.
