  Exceptional Experience at Lifestyle Holidays

  Liked: I am autistic and have several health conditions which effect my daily life. The lifestyle team went out of their way to help and support me on my holiday. They were exceptionally friendly and helped to explain and make everything transparent, even before the holiday began. I would recommend the lifestyle holidays team at Camping Castell Montgri, to anyone looking for a stress free holiday experience from start to finish.

  Disliked: The only things I can complain about are out of the control of the lifestyle holidays team and for this reason I do not have anything negative to say.

  Disliked: The company was very disrespectful when I was unable to go on holiday with my two children due to unforeseen medical circumstances. I would have thought changing the date for me would have been the kind thing to do, but know they just said hard luck and did nothing. Very disappointing considering the circumstances and ruining my kids going on holiday, especially as they charged me almost double the going rate from earlier in the year when others booked too. I would not use lifestyle holidays again if this is how you get treated!!!

  ok, will not return

  Liked: Location, facilities, pools, the BBQ (though it was a gas one it was fine). Parking in front of mobile home is a plus. The pools were great, prices were fine, sports facilities were nice and shows were fire.

  Disliked: It's definitely for families, for a couple it's a bit strange. It sounds like a place ran by teenagers for teenagers as every staff is an actual teenager or young adult. The check-in process is a MESS, they don't explain you much, you need for some reason to do two check-ins, first at entrance second in a "container" where they have different companies that actual run the mobile homes, never seen that before, nobody explained me that, had to go for a couple of them differently to find mine. Every day I had some paper in my door giving me different instructions, like my mom was there taking care of me.... They hold 100euros in CASH and start to give you different papers with threats of withholding your deposit for different reasons, cleaning specially and they make CLEAR THAT YOU NEED to clean everything, even under de beds, the toilets, sink..... And they WILL check before giving you back, for the value we paid, it's a shame. The stupid bracelet.

Good to know

We do not accept groups of young adults in any of our properties. All our campgrounds are geared towards a family unit.

On arrival at your accommodations our courier will collect your Good Housekeeping Deposit (€100 in cash). The purpose of this deposit is to ensure that all accommodations & equipment is returned to us at the same standard of cleanliness & functionality as which it was received on your arrival. In instances where the accommodations requires cleaning at the end of your stay, our couriers onsite have the authority to deducted €20 per hour from your deposit. The refund is at the courier’s discretion all departure procedures visits are done 48hrs before your departure leaving campground. Those who depart prior to 08:00 will have their deposit returned to them within 28 days of their departure from the campground by bank transfer.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
