  Liked: Location is exceptional

  Disliked: The photos posted for the apartment I booked were different from the one we actually got. I assume they put the photos of the prettiest one for all of them, but not all the units look like that, the one we stayed in was very dark and didn’t get a lot of sunlight so we were a but dissapointed by that. Still, the place was functional and staff was lovely so no real problems there. Would come again

  Perfect! Will come back for sure!

  Liked: Workers at reception are very kind and the apartment was amazing.

  Disliked: The elevator is too small at building B and that's the only weak spot of this.

  Disliked: Both windows in the apartment were broken and couldn't be locked, creating a serious risk of the children falling out. When we flagged this, we weren't offered another room — we were told we had to either stay or leave, at the hotel management's discretion. The hotel manager showed total disrespect for the situation and for us as customers, going so far as to say that we could always leave if we didn't like anything. A handyman eventually came to fix the windows, but not at the agreed time: he arrived and started drilling while the children were asleep, waking them up.

  Very basic but convenient

  Liked: It was less than a five minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.

  Disliked: The room description said ‘sea view” but the sea was barely visible from the window.
