Disliked: the receptionist was extremely rude to us, I did not understand why. I have worked in hospitality, to be specific, at a hotel as a receptionist, so I know how stressful this job can be so I am ALWAYS polite and have a lot of understanding for many things. But this guy, I believe his name was Christian, was rude from the beginning. He asked for our IDs, of course, I handed him mine and told my friend to take out hers. She joked that she forgot it at home but she handed it to him shortly. He started saying that who are we when we don't have ID while traveling? I was like we have it, it was just a joke. He mumbled that we are joking and he has to work. Okay, maybe he did not get the joke, even when it was not told to him, okay. Then he asked for my signature. I politely asked him what am I signing. He repeated he needs my signature. I asked again, very nicely, what am I signing please? Then he was SO rude, giving me a lecture, that the signature is mandatory because of the Spanish law, that I should study it and follow the rules when I am in Spain, and more. I just looked at him in disbelief and just said that I will sign it I just wanted to know what for my signature is and just went to my room. This is just very sad and this level of customer service should be illegal. The room was not very good but it wasn't the worst, I have read the reviews so I got what I expected. It was not very clean, there was mold in the bathroom... but the beds were quite comfy and we were lucky we didn't have loud neighbors

Disliked: I would have liked if there was a restaurant and bar on site but the location is near lots of restaurants and bars
