  Nothing special

Liked: Big room but overall old, bathroom separated with glass made my wife laugh. Friendly staff. Parking available downstairs but better your smallest car.

Disliked: Location, difficult to find, to park, to check in. Old hotel. Breakfast nothing special. Its good for the mass but nothing refined. I didn't feel safe.

Good value hotel, some minor issued

Liked: Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, good bathroom

Disliked: Noise in the mornings, cleaning staff pushing beds across tiled floors reverberates into other bedrooms, air conditioning not working, doors from other bedrooms banging

  Amazing vacation

Liked: The hotel is amazing for people who need assistance. The stuff is there to help you with any need you may have. I requested a shower stool and they left it for me in my room before I even arrived. The pool has concrete stairs and a railing and you are allowed to wear water shoes inside. The restaurant staff will meet any needs you have regarding food allergies and will point out which foods are safe for you and which you should avoid. I'm lactose intolerant and they prepared desserts for me separately. The reception works 24 hours. I also ordered a Sim card online, since my phone doesn't use E-Sim, but i wasn't sure if it'll arrive before me and the staff had no problem keeping my package for me if it arrived before me. I came at the hotel past midnight and they moved my first dinner to lunch on my last day upon request. The beach is I believe 500m away from the hotel but you can go through all kinds of shops to the beach and you won't even feel the distance. Streets are flat and clean which is amazing for people with mobility issues and crossings have ramps for wheelchairs. The beach also has assisted bathing. I had an amazing time. I've never had any hotel meet my needs as well as Aqua Hotel Bertran Park.

  Great clean, well located hotel!

Liked: Everything! Great location, just on the edge of central town but not so close you hear anything. Pool lovely, hotel spotless but best of all were the staff, who couldn't do more for you.

Disliked: Really not much at all.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very clean and well set out a perfect base for exploring the region

Disliked: The room could do with a kettle for coffee and tea The food was good if it was a little basic and repetitive, but small criticisms of a very enjoyable stay.
