  First and last time here

  Liked: The services are pretty good, the parking is for additional costs but they had, and was not necessary to looking for parking place in the surrounding area, the all inclusive was great and had a lot of variety and options for vegetarians too. The kettle is for deposit (20eur), what was a bit strange for me also. The room was not equally with 4* hotel rooms, maybe for a weak 3* or 2*, the room walls are maybe from “paper”, lot of noise, they didn’t care about “quite hours”, so if you are looking for a relaxed holiday exactly don’t choose this hotel:-).

  Another year still great

  Liked: 5th time here. And another amazing trip. Family loves it. Has everything happening. Pool slides entertainment. Clean. And the staff. Abraham Josè Julia mustafa new guy sergio Alex and jonathan security.. give us a smile 😃. If your into your all inclusive book through hotel you get better drink package top shelf items. Food can be hit and miss as is all other hotels. It's about 10 min from town and maybe 15 to beach. Also a lidl beside it.

  Noisy, moldy - avoid this hotel

  Liked: Avoid this place if you can. It’s a 3-star hotel at best. We were given a room right in front of the pool and the generator, so there was so much noise in the room and sleep wasn’t really an option. There’s mold and water damage on the ceiling above the toilet, and the WiFi in the room is essentially non-existent. We asked if there were any other rooms available, but were told to come back later. We didn’t.

  Location is good but the place is a bit of a dump

  Liked: The place has good pools and slides for kids.

  Disliked: The rooms are run down. The hotel needs an upgrade and soon. Our room had black mould and a rusted bath.

  Lovely but no wifi working in room

  Liked: Hotel is within half an hour of Girona airport. First impressions were good! Friendly staff, very clean. Our room was large with separate bathroom, bedroom, living room and balcony. The living room had independent air con and a sofa bed which didn’t make a comfy bed, but was ok, this room also had a fridge and telly. You could get BBC 1, 2, ITV! Channel 4, CBeebies and itv 2 in English. The main bedroom had seperate aircon unit, telly and comfy bed. The rooms were divided by a sliding door and curtain. There was plenty of wardrobes and cupboards. A large balcony, but was shady over looking a civilian street. Lacking was a kettle (So I bought my own). Bathroom had a bath with shower over, lots of hot water and clean, toilet, bidet and double basins. Complex is great, 4 pools a couple of bars, loads of sun chairs, all really clean. Food was brilliant, huge choice, different themes every night, beautifully presented. All staff friendly, smiley and helpful. My only downside was the wifi in the room was DIRE, we were led to believe we should have it, but it was rubbish. This is the only reason I would not return. The food evening service didn’t start until 7pm and the evening entertainment for kids started around 9.30pm. If you re coming with children that could be a problem. Loads of choice of all inclusive drinks…cocktails, sangria, wine etc. It’s about. 15-20 min walk to the sea front, which was a steep shelf before the sea. Lots of shops, bars etc on front. In the middle of town was a pretty church you can go in for free. Lots of tourist shops as well as night clubs on route between.
