Great location
Liked: The location was great. We liked the quiet area.
Disliked: The kitchen was dated, the draw fronts fell off in the bedroom, the toilet seat was hanging off and the aircon stopped working. The aircon had issues before we arrived because a mop bucket was placed under the air con system to collect the water that was dripping. I did message the owner through booking.com but had no reply. The outside furniture was uncomfortable with no cushions.
We were here two days due to high wind warnings for Costa Brava. It was a great place to hunker down for a couple days!
Liked: Very convenient to shops and the beach. The oven was really nice and we were able to cook dinner. Good building security. We also really liked the balcony, which was well protected from the high winds while we were there.
Disliked: Decor was a little sparse, but that was a very minor thing.
The location and the apartments are decent, but there were quite a few details that spoiled the holiday mood
Liked: The location is quite good, close to the sea, but the apartments are on a hill, so going back and forth can be tiring (especially if you have mobility issues). The apartments are comfortable, but there were many things that needed fixing.
Disliked: Absolutely poor communication with the hosts: the communication channel was technically unreliable; they responded slowly and did not react to the listed issues. The refrigerator in the apartment barely worked, the main room blinds were broken, and the balcony (outdoor) furniture lacked cushions. The service staff didn’t communicate in English (they communicated in Russian among themselves), spent only 30 minutes (!) cleaning the apartment, and were late handing over the keys at the scheduled time (3 p.m.). Cleanliness and bedding hygiene (especially the warmer blankets) were questionable.

Disliked: Parking can be difficult in high season. We settle for a dirt parking at 5 mins walk for 15€/24h. Everything else was double the price

Liked: The apartment is very comfortable and the location is great, a close walk to the beach or the center of Lloret and right next to a supermarket. We were able to park in an off road one block away from the apartment in Carrer de Pep Ventura.
Disliked: It would've been nice to have salt in the kitchen.
