  amazing

  Liked: The hotel, room and pool area was great.

We had such a wonderful stay and would like to say a huge thank you to the entire hotel team! ❤️ From the very beginning, the reception staff were warm, welcoming and extremely professional. Everyone was kind, helpful and always ready to assist. You immediately feel that the guests truly matter here. The food was excellent! 🍽️ Every day offered a different theme, which made every meal interesting and enjoyable. The restaurant staff were also lovely, friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and well organised. Our room was very well maintained, clean and comfortable, with modern equipment and everything we needed. When we needed an extra blanket, it was delivered immediately without any problem. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention — their work was truly professional. The room was always spotless, fresh and beautifully prepared, with fresh towels every day. And of course… our crazy cleaning lady! 😂❤️ We absolutely loved her! She brought such a wonderful energy and always made us smile. She will definitely be remembered! 🍹 THE BAR TEAM DESERVES A SPECIAL MENTION! Monika, Jose, Agata, Alex and Jordi — YOU ARE THE BEST! ❤️ What an amazing team! They can make absolutely any drink you ask for, always with a smile and great energy. They are incredibly helpful, positive and genuinely happy to make the guests feel welcome. You can really see how much effort and heart they put into their work. Thank you for making our evenings so much fun! 🍸🥂 And a special thank you to the lovely blonde lady taking care of the pool area. Her dedication is 100% — always kind, discreet, hardworking and attentive to every detail. ❤️ Overall, this hotel is not only about the rooms, food or facilities — it is about the people who work here.   Disliked: the breakfast and dinner plates were never clean, they were always dirty also the cutlery and glasses After talking to the kitchen staff, they told us that they knew about it but couldn't do anything about it, and that we needed to talk to the hotel management.

  Good experience

  Liked: We have recently came back from staying at this hotel. Very clean hotel rooms where spotless got our towels changed every day. Very spacious rooms there was two adults in our room. We had breakfast every morning fairly standard. We also eat at the hotel one evening great choice. We found it very busy during meal times no matter what time you went. Location was good about a 20 minute walk to the main area with shops and restaurants. Great atmosphere around the pool area during the day and night time. I found the staff at the pool bar not so friendly asked what was on the menu the first day and got pointed to a menu on the wall which was a drinks menu. Another guest had to tell me the options. I would recommend wearing footwear around the pool and slide area as we witnessed many people falling including myself down steps and on the floor. The slides are great for the kids but found the lifeguards on duty to not be watching what was happening always on there phones. I counted 7 kids going into one of the slides at a time at one stage. My son ended up getting hurt due to many people going down at the one time. This put him off going on the slides unless adults where with him. Overall we did have a good experience and would return again sometime.

  Would definitely stay here again

  Liked: Great hotel. The built in water park was great for kids. Staff very helpful and hotel always very clean. Close to the main centre. Food was amazing and all drinks and other foods always available at a great price.

  A good base for a first holiday

  Liked: The hotel was a great pace for our first family holiday with our 3 year old who had never been abroad before. The kids pool and slides were fantastic, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. We did half board but drinks and snacks were well priced. I found the beds to be really solid and uncomfortable so I didn’t feel I slept that well. For a family hotel as well, I was disappointed that the rooms were just two double beds. We ended up bringing a blow-up bed for our daughter. The entertainment for kids at night was good (but repetitive for adults, but that’s not the point of it). Overall, not a bad place at all, close to the beach and some nice restaurants and bars. I wouldn’t go back though, but that’s more me rather than the resort.
