  Wonderful hotel

  Liked: A wonderful hotel. Unfortunately I couldn't make it due to an accident but my 2 sons and sister had a wonderful time. I look forward to going back next year ☺️.

  Grim unuable outdoor pool area

  Liked: Location Sea view Live evening entertainment Reception staff Clean

  Disliked: Outdoor pool was grim, unusable Room/bathroom too small Shower flooded bathroom Only food was toasted sandwich / Pizza if not doing all inclusive Given double bed when 2 singles was booked Only 2 english news channels Spa should be free Problems with poor wifi

  Liked: Hotel staff very helpful and professional, particularly cleaning staff. Bar staff and restaurant staff equally great. Reception staff so courteous and knowledgeable. Really helped me over my room allocation. Rooms are small but comfortable and spotless. I had a seaview and it was worth the upgrade. Location is brilliant. Food is well presented, varied and tasty.

  Disliked: Some extra food safety training needed for the grill cook. Handling raw chicken, then fish, then burgers without cleaning gloves covered hands.

  Nice Room in a perfect location!

  Liked: The room was very comfortable and very clean. Spacious enough to move around. The staff was very kind, professional and friendly. The location is perfect, just a few minute walk from the bus drop off location, sea front and at a walking distance to the center of the town, restaurants and main attractions.

  Disliked: The swimming pool area needs an improvement, the first impression was that is not well maintained. Some lounge chairs were broken, umbrellas hard to open. Would be great to have someone of the staff attend the area daily to make sure that all is in order. Also a bit of a decor would add a little plus and make the time more enjoyable. The bathroom door in our room was not closing properly.
