  Disliked: Imagine arriving at the hotel and the receptionist, Bahi, starts insulting you, cursing at you, and trying to physically tear the plastic key cards out of your hands. No politeness, no tact, none of the most basic social norms. Staff behaviour like this is something you would never encounter in any northern or central European country. It was truly shocking. Why people like this are employed by a supposedly 4-star hotel and serve as the face of the hotel at reception, when they lack the simplest ethics and principles of behaviour, is beyond my understanding. Management should probably pay a bit more attention to the evaluations and conduct of their employees. It wouldn't hurt. 1 star out of 5.

  All in all a nice stay, entertainment at night was fine, if we come again, I hope for a better room

  Liked: The main hotel was lovely, atmospheric and quaint, poolbar was lovely and the garden with all the plants and palmtrees stunnning.

  Disliked: We did not get the room we had booked, twin beds - and the single bed was not big enough for 2. the bathroom was fine. The breakfast was a disappointment with many of the dishes cold or lukewarm, especially the fried eggs, scrambled eggs and bacon.

  Rooms not so good, entertainment, location and pool excellent

  Liked: Pool and bar were stunning.

  Disliked: The room dated, dusty and free from any kind of luxuries ie kettle bottled water.. Fire alarm kept going off.

  Stunning location and views, but disappointing maintenance and noise

  Liked: The hotel is in a very good location, with incredible views over the town and surrounding area. The entire property is surrounded by beautiful greenery and botanical garden vibe, which give it a unique and romantic atmosphere. The swimming pool overlooking the town is particularly impressive, with fantastic views, especially around sunrise and sunset.

  Disliked: Although the hotel has a unique and romantic architectural style, unfortunately, the overall condition does not live up to its potential. Much of the interior feels heavily worn and in need of proper maintenance. Visible mold, dust, corrosion, unpleasant odors, and improvised repairs to walls, woodwork, and furniture gave the impression that the property is not being maintained to the standard its prestigious image would suggest. Noise was another major issue. I would definitely avoid the “sea view” superior rooms on the first floor, as they are located directly below the restaurant and terrace. The constant noise made it practically impossible to fall asleep before 1 a.m. Even more disappointing was that the staff conveniently failed to mention that a wedding would be taking place in the restaurant during our stay. The resulting noise left us unable to sleep for an entire night. For a hotel of this category, guests should at least be informed in advance when a private event is likely to significantly affect their stay. Breakfast was generally fine, but fairly basic and more in line with what I would expect from a lower-cost hotel. Overall, the property has a lot of character and genuine potential, but it needs considerably better maintenance, attention to detail, and guest communication to deliver the prestigious experience it appears to be aiming for.
