Good
It was not a good experience for us
Liked: It is near train station.
Disliked: Bedroom and bath were up a steep and tall stair. Not good for older guests. Shower doors barely opened and closed. Kitchenette had zero utensils. We were denied a one hour checkout extension because “hotel was full” when Booking showed seven rooms available. We paid too much for what we received.
I wouldn’t recommend this place or stay here again
Liked: Nothing. It was not as advertised. We had no WiFi because we were on the 5th floor and their work couldn’t reach that floor. We paid for WiFi. We were told we could stand by the check in desk if we wanted WiFi. The said there was a restaurant but neglected to say it’s closed and had been closed a long time. The small couch in the room was filthy.
Disliked: We talked with 3 staff members over the 2 days we were there. Two were pleasant but not helpful. One was a complete jerk and made no attempt at being helpful. Her superpower seemed to be rudeness.
