Guest reviews
Very good
Lovely hotel in a safe location. Walking distance to the Roman walls
Liked: Modern, clean & comfortable. Extremely helpful reception staff.
Disliked: No air con, we were provided with a fan.
Highly recommended
Liked: The service from the front desk staff was excellent. I remember arriving at the hotel in Lugo by bus from Madrid Airport late at night. I am very grateful to the staff on the night shift for her warm hospitality. May God bless her.
Disliked: The room is very clean.
Liked: Clean honest hotel not far from Lugo's old city. The hall looks more modern than the actual rooms, but although a bit bare it was fine.
Disliked: Bring some earplugs because the walls are paper thin and a normal conversation in another room can keep you awake.
Liked: Clean rooms and very nice personal who was always ready to answer our questions. Proposed breakfast could satisfy any kind of expectation (sweet or salted).
Very nice
Liked: Comfortable room, very clean, good breakfast, very nice attendants.
Disliked: Lack of air conditioning
Liked: Ubicación buena
Disliked: Habitación pequeña
