It enjoys a good location, fairly close to the beach and the chiringuito Garito de Juan. The accommodation is very quiet

Fantastic apartment near the beach, ideal for holidays
Liked: Excellent location, nice views, spacious and sparkling clean. Parking was very convenient, with automatic doors and lift to the building. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything, appliances and some supplies. Walking distance (5 minutes) to a fantastic beach. You just cross the street or even walk through the pedestrian bridge and find yourself in a sandy beach with warm waters.
Disliked: 1. There were 2 bedrooms and a sitting room. There was central air-conditioning / heating but could not be separately controlled. The whole apartment should have the same temperature. This is not so modern! 2. Bathrooms need renovating. Old tiles, shower with plastic curtain in the smaller bathroom, if you shower, the whole place fills with water. 3. No trash cans in the bathrooms!! 4. The pillows in the second bedroom are awful. They are flat, old, and have no filling left. 5. The two single beds in the second bedroom are more like narrow, creaky cots. It's impossible for an adult to sleep on them! 6. The apartment was very humid, likely because we were there in the off-season in early October. There was no duvet; at least, we couldn't find one anywhere. There were only thin, cotton blankets, which were completely inadequate and left us feeling cold. 7. Collecting the apartment keys at a key locker 1.5km away, isn't exactly the most convenient way! For us it was not a problem because we had hired a car, but I assume this is not the case for all guests. However, all instructions were extremely clear and precise.

Liked: Good location in a secure block with parking, communual areas clean, very close to the beach but over the.main A7 Road via foot bridge. Adequate space for small family but the soft furnishing are in need of refreshing and basic kitchen facilities. The kitchen was very small, a tight squeeze for 2 people when trying to cook a meal. Unfortunately the extractor fan wasn't working and the remote for the TV in the bedroom was missing. Proprietor did try to rectify but couldn't. Bathrooms are a bit grubby and the jacuzzi in the bath didn't work. Nice balcony and sea view. A little disappointed with the property as we have stayed in numerous Booking.com accommodation and didn't meet expectations.
