Excellent apartment for young families and great location!

Liked: The apartment was excellent! It was very well equipped plus ample storage space. Having two separate bathrooms was so good. The size of the apartment was larger than we expected! The location was also fine, only one minute's drive from the 'coast road'. The view from the large terrace was excellent - overlooking the trees opposite. The apartments opposite were not intrusive at all. Parking spaces were always available in the local streets only a few minutes walk from the community building.

Disliked: Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable for both of us so not the best sleep for us sadly... Also, the double bedroom that has patio doors leading on to the terrace had a 'locked' security roller shutter which could not be opened, so we had no natural light and not much refreshing breeze in this bedroom. The 'allocated' secure parking for us and for the community of RioSol was always full so it was not possible to park there. So, it could be more difficult to find parking during the busy times of school holidays when more families are visiting or taking holidays here.
