  A mixed bag. Excellent location and the staff were brilliant in dealing with our complaints. The property does need main

  Liked: The property is well located for the beach and there are some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. We booked it for the hot tub but unfortunately the temperature controls were not working. Could not go in a cold tub in the Evening.

  Disliked: The neighbours were very noisy and inconsiderate. We booked it because the beach club has a no child policy under 16. We didn’t realise the adjacent apartments were accommodating a young family. From smoking cannabis, leaving half eaten food outside our door and children screaming the 3 days were not enjoyable. Had to make a taxi ride to the main hotel to complain. There were issues with the hot tub and the interior of the property from holes in the windowsill to chips in the bathroom sink. We have stayed here twice before but the property is not being maintained to the high standard that the price reflects.

  Disliked: Full of ants, we were unable to use the Living room as they had infested it completely. When I told them they said someone would be around the next day I told them that wouldn’t do and it needed to be sorted then and there. She said someone was on the way that day but couldn’t tell me when, obviously no one arrived which anyone could tell was going to be the case as the girl at reception was clearly just trying to get rid of me off the phone as they want little to do with the beach apartments. No reception have to go to hotel to check in which is 30 minutes walk away Pool area closed late march

  The hotel is a taxi ride away from the apartments and the little taxi that the hotel provides goes round several locatio

  Liked: The room was spotless when we arrived.

  Disliked: We had to taxi everywhere. The room wasn’t the one I thought I had booked, I thought I had booked the one in the picture but we were given a room with the hot tub on another floor above. Two of the blinds were stuck and we couldn’t open them so, although one was eventually fixed, the one in my bedroom was closed all the time. The room was only cleaned every 3 days. Not my idea of 5 star.
