  Lovely hotel, I would definitely stay again but not in room 130

  Liked: The property was excellent, beautifully decorated, colourful and the outdoor areas were pretty. The food was delicious and the staff were very nice and attentive.

  Disliked: Only negative was the bathroom in one of the rooms we booked stank like death. There was sewage odour coming through the drainage which stank up the whole suite. We complained and they sent the maintenance guys to look into it but this did not help.They were fully booked so they could not move us to a different room. We had to shut the bathroom door and block off the floor with a towel and use the bathroom in the other room our party booked for most of our stay. They were able to move us out of the room on the 4th day but then we had to leave the day after. Not cool. Also, the evening entertainment could be better.

  Enjoyed my stay there loads for children to do

  Liked: Pool area great with plenty entertainment for families. Rooms were nice. Complex had everything including shops.

  Disliked: Location is at the top of a steep hill but they offer a bus shuttle service between the 3 Holiday world hotels

  Very enjoyable hope to get back

  Liked: Couldn’t complain much been honest little fella was 5 she’s 9 worked for both breakfast was perfect lunch simple but good selection, dinner some night grand some nights were stunning Mexican and Indian nights esp,pool at hotel can’t complain either entertainment passed the hrs foam party is a great one and last the water park is each to there own for some but not for others were happy to stay around pool

  Disliked: Had to buy ant spray for the room there everywhere but spray done the trick,beds little uncomfortable but others staying said they thought were fine just used to a good bed at home I guess

  The place was good but not like other times I’ve been there, the place has declined, and value wise being vip was not wo

  Liked: Staff were polite, and the place was good

  Disliked: Not enough activities like the previous times I’ve been there, it’s gone from really good, to bad, to really bad, been three times in total. This last time I seen loads of big roaches in the lobby where the pool area, spa and games rooms. Was swimming in the spa pool and there was a big roach floating in the water, not acceptable sorry
