Liked: Staff were lovely helpful room was cleaned very well. I got the tummy bug that was going around in the hotel. It would have helped a lot if there were water biscuits/ chrisp breads/ plain biscuits were available. I could normally get them even in the local supermarket. There was nothing I could eat.

Disliked: After travelling a long journey the room should have had even one or two bottles of water on arrival. And as above nothing provided for those of us who got the tummy bug in the hotel.

Staff amazing shame about the manager

Liked: Cleaning staff were amazing and indoor spa was 👍 great

Disliked: Noisy area. Late night noise from bars below. Food was average and not much variety. Requested to see the manager but they did not show for the whole week.regarding an air born stomach bug/virus. No blankets or antibacterial soap
