  A lovely stay in a great location, with room for improvement

  Liked: We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Yaramar. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and generally clean, and the location is excellent, directly opposite the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops and amenities nearby. Breakfast was good, although not exceptional compared with other hotels we have stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and have no major complaints. These are simply constructive observations which, if addressed, would make the guest experience considerably better.

  Disliked: There were, however, a few things that could be improved. On our last day, I noticed unpleasant yellow staining outside the toilet bowl, which was rather off-putting and should have been addressed by housekeeping. Another inconvenience was the lack of irons and ironing boards in individual rooms. We were told there was only one available for the entire floor, which I find unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Guests travelling with clothes packed in suitcases should have easy access to ironing facilities. Finally, reception was extremely difficult to reach by telephone. Calls frequently went unanswered, and on several occasions we had to go downstairs simply to speak to someone.

  Location ok, but for what we paid our experience was very disappointing, would not use again

  Disliked: Storage in the room, no drawers just a few shelves, no water in the room, for the price we paid there was nothing, small balcony two hard plastic chairs no cushions, the decor was like Ikea, minimal. My overall view was the main objective was to take as much money in the evening during the live entertaining, facilities like "Executive deluxe room" were bare essentials.
