  No support from owners or Booking.com to assist rectifying anything!! Also video available of property!! Would never r

  Liked: Location, T.V Apps, Bed comfortable, bedding fine, good fridge although too large for tiny kitchen, Security. Plenty electrical outlets…

  Disliked: Lighting very poor, minimalistic basic, sparse, bare grubby white walls, stained upholstery, dirty old sponge, old dated stained coffee table,only one mirror in very dark tiny bathroom, no toiletries except two tiny sachets of shower gel. No dressing table, no storage drawers. Very old loose handled aluminium pans, very narrow tiny kitchen only two high stools at working area. Outside:- no seating or eating area, walls in need of repair and paint, no decoration at all, nothing like advertised. Shared roof terrace four old metal and wood patio chairs and table, no plants or wall decorations as advertised…. One large dead plant in filthy pot used as toilet for cats ……..

  Boutique mini apartments with comfy beds and great service

  Liked: Excellent rooms - well furnished and with good sized double bed for single occupancy. Comfy mattress. When I needed anything (eg an iron, change of linen) it was provided. Check in process very smooth.

  Disliked: Nothing - I thought it was great and also good value.

  Lovely comfy bed, lovely staff, very clean just minor issues that might not bother others would stay again

  Liked: Ideal location, friendly staff, lovely terrace

  Disliked: Dark bathroom, hard to see in shower. No mirror in bedroom or hairdryer.

  Liked: The street it was on, and the local area.

  Disliked: Certain things such as there being no washing machine when it said there was when I originally booked. The air con unit was excessively loud to the point it woke you up a few times in the night. It would leak with water or overflow even when you generally kept up with emptying it. The pillows on the bed were tiny and more like sofa cushions. I feel the flat was overpriced and quite narrow for the price I paid.
