  A brilliantly located, wholly functional and well-equipped property with great views

  Liked: The property is brilliantly located - just a 4-5 minute walk from the heart of Mijas Pueblo. It is set away from the main road and has spectacular views over the town and down to the sea in the distance. It is not overlooked and is very private. It has a supermarket at the bottom of the road leading up to the house, which was really useful. The house is roomy, comfortable and well equipped. We wanted for nothing. In addition to spacious bedrooms (the 3 we used were all en-suite) the house has a laundry room, where the pool towels are kept, and a comfortable lounge with large screen TV with Netflix. It was perfectly clean and the beds comfortable. The AC worked well making for a good nights' sleep. Whilst some of the decor might not be what we would have at home everything had its purpose and worked well, including the large sunken bath in the master bedroom suite. The hosts, Ana and Maria were super-helpful and saved the day when we locked ourselves out by accident. They had someone over in 10 minutes which was a godsend as we had a taxi waiting to take us to the airport. They were also very helpful with check-in and check-out times.

  Disliked: The road leading up to the house is rather steep but its a price worth paying for the convenience of the location. The astroturf around the pool is showing signs of age but the pool is delightful and there is a good range of poolside furniture.

  Almost perfect 😍

  Liked: Location was brilliant. Views were incredible. Pleanty of space.

  Disliked: The pool needed a good clean to such an extent that it couldn’t be used on the last two days of our stay. Although reported, maintenance failed to turn up. It didn’t ruin the holiday but was a real shame.

  Mind blowing views and a gorgeous stay!

  Liked: When we got to the villa we received a lovely welcome from Maria. The views from the villa were absolutely mind blowing. The villa was also lovely and homely. We had a family of 8 and it was more than functional. The location is also perfect!

  Disliked: I hired a car for the week and when returning to the villa each time the drive way was blocked. Obviously this is out of the villa owners control. The drive way is also unbelievably steep.

  Lovely stay. Overall a bargain for the price we paid. Location and space was excellent

  We loved it and it was great for a shared family holiday!

  Liked: The villa is lovely and in a great position for strolling into Mijas village.

  Disliked: Bedding and towels were poor quality and some aspects of the villa need refurbishing, particularly the kitchen. Also, the check out timings were apparently incorrectly shown both on the Booking.com site and in the villa itself. This was frustrating on our day of depoarture.
