  Excellent stay in Puerto Mogan!

  Liked: The apartment was very clean, modern, excellent location, well equipped with everything we needed.

  Disliked: Our only dislike was the bed, it was very very firm, however, everyone has their own preference so it may be perfect for others.

  An exceptional, spaceous apartment with a small pool and jacuzzi. Very well equipped

  Liked: Location was excellent, very close to the beach, supermarkets (two large ones), bus station. Great range of restaurants at the beach and port. Lots of space, great place to relax in.

  Disliked: Hot water in the shower and taps would be good.

  Overall an excellent holiday

  Liked: The location was superb

  Disliked: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have the beds changed mid week. On arrival we had to ask for pool towels and bin bags. No complimentary wine left this time which has been there on our previous 2 visits.

  A beautiful apartment, well located and excellent host

  Liked: Excellent location. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Very responsive host. We enjoyed a perfect family time together.

  Disliked: Rather a lot of stairs. Dishwasher very small / limited so easier to wash by hand. A welcome pack, bread/milk would have been good.

  Well positioned apartment to soak up the sun and a short walk to some fabulous restaurants

  Liked: This is our forth stay at these apartments in Mogan. There are 4 apartments, two 2 bedrooms and two 1 bedroom. Each apartment has 3 floors, ground floor is the lounge and self equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer and sink etc. The ground floor also has a washing machine and dryer and within the same area, a downstairs toilet. The lounge area has floor to ceiling glass and its patio door leads out to the swimming pool/plunge pool. The second floor has a large bedroom with plenty of space and also a large bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. The third floor is actually the roof which contains a hot tub and a fabulous view of the mountains and surrounding area.

  Disliked: Having stayed many times before, we have seen improvements for the better but on this occasion, we were disappointed about the WiFi, it kept dropping out at times and as the tv is also linked by the internet, it effected even the very basic channels such as the News channels. The WiFi is virtually non-existent in the bedroom, which effects mobiles and the TV. During our stay, an engineer arrived to change over the antenna on the roof. I was hoping this would improve the signal but it made absolutely no difference during the rest of our stay. The apartments are run by the hotel opposite and upon checking out, I made a point of the WiFi issues. I hope this will be rectified quickly and hope this will not be an issue should we visit again.
