  Turned up to cockroaches & lizard in room, was given a spray as an answer by receptionist. Day 2, first shower

  Liked: Been twice before and throughly enjoyed. Not this time unfortunately

  Disliked: Cockroaches, poor workmanship and lack of respect from manager

  Absolutely awful

  Liked: The pool was okay ish should be more suitable for kids as the whole pool is deep hardly any shallow area, staff was all friendly

  Disliked: Where we stayed the walk from are room to reception area and to pool was appalling my Nan who struggles to walk and my auntie struggled every day due to the fact are apartment was so far to walk, not suitable for elderly or children I would say, will never ever go back, do not recommend, pool was okay not really suitable for children or the elderly, room was awful, beds so uncomfortable, the noise was horrific with the windows shut could hear all cars people until 5am could not sleep none of us could, no air con, got given fans that was broken and absolutely filthy, do not recommended staying will not be coming back, not worth your money either, tried to change rooms for my Nan and auntie and would even pay extra was told no was awful, do not recommend don’t waste your money
