  Liked: The hotel offers very good value for money and is a great choice for families with children. The water park nearby is a big advantage, and the beach is within easy walking distance. There are plenty of activities for children, including a kids’ club, as well as evening shows and entertainment for adults. It’s a lovely place for a relaxing family holiday without spending too much.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, we lost a pair of designer sunglasses and a hand-drawn family portrait somewhere on the hotel premises. We contacted reception for three consecutive days, but nobody had seen or handed in either item. This was very disappointing and surprising to me. From my own experience working in hotels, even the smallest lost items are usually handed in to reception. I would have expected a more reliable lost-and-found service and better communication in this situation.

  Ok for a short while

  Liked: Water park was great not all inclusive in there drinks are expensive. Not busy in water park so nice and quiet Range of food was good. Kids area was good for evenings but bring cash (€5 for the trampolines & soft play ) and little shops and supermarket.

  Disliked: 9th floor very high and had to wait for only 1 lift available. Fizzy drinks were always flat In the hotel pool was very small there were so many people in the pool all the time. ( very cloudy in there ) No evening entertainment on monday or tuesday kids were very disappointed as was only there them 2 nights and got a table for kids disco only for there to be no entertainment. You end up spending more money at the shop as no bottles water in rooms, fizzy drinks as they were flat alcohol as i can only describe the alcohol they serve as nail polish remover. No milk for the babys bottle so felt like we was constantly at the shop spending money.

  Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Everything was wonderful: clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was always helpful and ready to assist with any questions. Our vacation left us with only positive impressions. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

  Liked: Ideal location: the hotel is located in the quiet bay of Taurito on the island of Gran Canaria. Proximity to the sea: just 50 meters from the sandy beach, the beach is sandy, black, and entry into the water is comfortable and safe for children. Gorgeous views: almost all rooms offer panoramic ocean views. 💦 Free water park: Hotel guests have free use of the water slides of the Lago Taurito complex. The pools in the water park are filled with purified salt water. It is never difficult to find a free sun lounger at the water park pools during peak hours. 🍽️. The variety of dishes is lacking. Spacious rooms: The rooms are large, perfect for families of 3-4. Tired interior: Language barrier: Children's entertainment is mainly conducted in English and German.

  Disliked: Meals (All Inclusive): The food is high-quality, no one will go hungry. But the problem is that for two weeks everything was monotonous The furniture and fixtures are old, and the hotel needs cosmetic renovations. Cleaning: Basic and superficial; sometimes the maids forget to replenish the soap supply.
