  An absolutely disappointing all-inclusive experience, with terrible food, extremely limited choices, rude and unhelpful

  Disliked: The food was absolutely terrible and extremely disappointing, especially for an all-inclusive hotel. There was almost no variety, and the same limited selection was served every single day. For Muslim guests or anyone with specific dietary requirements, the options were practically nonexistent. No proper fish options, very limited suitable dishes, and almost nothing enjoyable to eat. The food quality was awful, the selection was ridiculously limited, and the whole dining experience was a complete disappointment. What makes it even worse is the hotel’s isolated location. There are no restaurants nearby, meaning you have to drive 20–30 minutes just to find somewhere decent to eat. Paying for an all-inclusive package and then having to drive elsewhere to find decent food is completely unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, especially to Muslim families.

  Very tired hotel…

  Liked: The buffet food was plentiful and fresh. Hotel is kept clean which is quite hard as it’s very tired so like polishing a turd…

  Disliked: Tired hotel, broken lifts, pool area very busy (too many people for pool size- like being in a ‘where’s wally’ book. No protein at all for vegetarians outside of egg & cheese, meat was very low quality and mostly inedible, towels and bedding had holes, carpet in hall way was threadbare…

  Good despite minor drawbacks

  Liked: The location is excellent, making access to the aquapark and the sea very easy. No shuttle is needed. The food is good and sufficient. The staff are very friendly.

  Disliked: I booked a triple room, they put a sofa bed next to the double bed, but it wasn't comfortable at all, it creaked constantly, and the mattress wasn't comfortable at all. The pillows were also uncomfortable. They only provided water on the first day; you have to buy water from the market on subsequent days. The shampoo and hand soap weren't good quality. They only provided two towels for three people. Waiting for the elevator was a waste of time.
