  Staff friendly especially Jose & Hector they an extra effort. Cuban life guard very friendly. You have to go up 10 f

  Liked: Food VERY GOOD. Fresh salad and different choice every day. Comida MUY bueno.

  Disliked: KIDS CANT HAVE FUN IN THE POOL, No balls, no music, no splashing, no games and no entertainment.

  Nothing to worry about don’t listen to the negative

  Liked: This was our 4th time at Marina Elite we took two family members with us That normally go to big fancy hotels and have to spend more than double what you get here they loved the food they were happy with the hotel Staff are fantastic plenty food choices we have been all over at 4 star & 5 star hotels and we found this hotel to be very good for what you pay Don’t listen to the people saying it’s no good We have been at the hotel in January/ April/ July / September and never had a problem just different nationality’s so different atmosphere every time In my experience they don’t treat the Spanish people different to the uk We have booked for 17 days in November can’t wait to go back My only issue is the pool at the dolphin bar should be adult only and the top pool for the kids as it is geared up for them Thomas & Sandra

  Great stay for a budget holiday

  Liked: I’m writing this review as we are almost leaving for our flight. Seen a lot of negative comments and not sure what people expect for the price they pay. As for us, the apartment was nice and clean ( housekeeping visited everyday). Food was also nice, there was not a massive choice but everything I picked was tasty. Reception lady was very polite and helpful. Location is very close to local beaches and first and foremost, it is quiet.

  Liked: Location is nice, hotel needs updating nothing major just lot of small things that would make things better, cleaning in this hotel is terrible there is dirt everywhere if kept on top of would not be as bad, Rooms aren't cleaned very good at all (5th floor room).. ants and cock roaches daily, reported but nothing done they don't seem bothered! Food in restaurant is fine better than expected for buffet meals thats the plus, pools the kids aren't allowed to play with balls or inflatables at any time in any pool would think could have a hr on morning and hr on afternoon would be better than nothing... i wouldn't recommend to anyone to stay here because of the cleanliness and cock roach problem they have. We got off our coach on arrival at 11pm and cock roaches where all over outside so that was the starts of it.

  Wonderful family holiday

  Liked: I was hesitant as I’d gotten an email saying some construction was taking place. There was zero need to worry, it was at the very front terrace of the hotel, no noise, no dust, I probably wouldn’t have even noticed if I hadn’t been informed. The resort is wonderful not a blocky hotel but built into the cliff in a natural way. It’s like a little maze but would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. The food and facilities were amazing as were the staff, especially the bartender Hector. The sea view was magical. Highly recommend
