  Greta spot for a short stay

  Liked: Staff were lovely and very friendly

  Disliked: At times the shared bathroom wasn’t ideal. Being alone i was hesitant to leave my room at night.

  Liked: Easy accses to beach shops and entertainment.its a bonus bus stop across the road to take you every where peurto rico 15/20 muns last bus 1 am fabulous 1euo 55 great liads busses. There is a large terrace to eat.no loungers ect. They were putting new plastic white tables x2 when we were leaving to replace old wooden ones with chairs. The rooms have a chair window,small fridge,2 single beds, wardrobe and a table 2 luttle deawer at each side ample. depending what beds you want. It would be nice to have a freezer that every one could use.

  Disliked: Checking in is a hasstle if you dont speak spanish no one to explain the complex hostel no one speaks english...very off putting.also there was a new cleaner she was so happy when people left? I dont think good 4 buisness. I would not take anyone under 17 there but thats my opinion. Needs a bit off updating.the stooles in kitcgen area up stairs are needing bin they are broken.the pots s all stick and handles of pots get so hot you burn yourself be careful.there is a cheap kettle toaster.4 rings on gas cooker.microwave. Lots of plates cups & glasses the beds get changed once a wk towels x2. There is a small roof fan on light ceiling rooms are so humis and hot...no lounge with a tv so take your lap top 4 films helps you sleep. 2 toilets with showers no toilets.on there own. Also only one set off keys i was very ill left my party got taxi aroud 3 pm then realized i had not got keys. I asked could they let me in my room was told not her problem i said im very unwell never got in the complex all i wanted was to lie down. I was near in tears.so i had 2 wait very off putting. Ive went here x4 but this time was a big let down...im sorry 2 say.i have wrote an honest report hope it helps people
