Liked: The rooms were spacious. The suite we reserved had an individual pool. The front reception staff was exceptional and very helpful. The reception area was beautifully decorated and amazingly clean and smelled so tropical. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The little store on the property had everything you might need without leaving the resort. They were reasonably priced!!

Liked: Wonderful accommodation, very quiet and ample parking! However, air conditioning was weak and the unit entrance smelled strongly of moth balls. Lastly, the wifi was very poor and most concerning, when asked about wifi, the individual at reception claimed that she’d risk her employment if she said anything to management.

Liked: We had a lovely family holiday in Cordiel Santa Águeda. We stayed in a deluxe villa with private pool and it was amazing, especially for our 4 year old who played in the pool for hours. It was also lovely to have use of the Beach Club next door as the pools are also lovely. Our only issue was that the Sushi restaurant didn’t seem to be open. Staff at Cordiel Santa Agueda were very helpful and responsive especially when our air conditioning broke - an engineee appeared within 45 mins. Highly recommend.
