  Only there 3 nights but decent hotel but can’t commit on all inclusive as only there on bed and breakfast

  Liked: Clean and only had breakfast there which had a good selection.

  Disliked: Needed to get taxi everywhere due to high location

  Diety rooms and very poor customer service, avoid!

  Disliked: Where to start… Balcony was filthy when we arrived. We booked for 4 in a room but only bedding for 3 beds. Numerous requests to have more bedding sent. The bedding was not changed in the 2 weeks we were there! The cleaner only occasionally made the beds and did a very quick sweep of the apartment during visits. Bathroom was never cleaned. I eventually started to mop the balcony due to the daily bird droppings. Most reception staff were rude especially the older gentleman who works there. The ladies who worked there were polite and friendly. A couple of power cuts when we were there which were not communicated to us we only found out accidentally. This included the fridge so we had to ask for the large amount of food purchased to be replaced in case it had gone off. We wouldn’t stay there again and I would no one else does.. the less said about lifts breaking daily the better!!

  Lovely location, facilities are worn out. Great staff

  Liked: The location is great. Both pools are very good and the overall vibe is nice. The highlight of the stay are the staff, so lovely and so friendly.

  Disliked: Somethings are a bit worn down, the lift stopped working for a couple days, the railing for the stairs broke, the bathroom door in one of our rooms would look you in and required someone to open from the outside. Food is repetitive.
