  I was surprised at how much I loved this hotel

  Liked: Excellent location, two flights of steps down to restaurants, bars and shops which are cheap n cheerful. Turn right and within a couple of minutes you will find some amazing restaurants etc. Great size rooms with really good air con. Breakfast was amazing as were the cocktails at the pool bar. Booked a terrace with sun beds and jacuzzi but didn’t actually use the jacuzzi. The pool was quiet which I loved. Staff were all lovely and service was good.

  Disliked: The sun didn’t reach the pool u til about 11am and my balcony about 1pm, however this was probably due to the time of year - late October. There is a lovely roof terrace though which gets sun much earlier. I used that a few days and was pretty much the only one up there. No pool but a shower if you want to cool off. The bar wax never opened up there but again probably due to the time of year.

  Great Hotel, Area is OK if you fancy a drink

  Liked: Could not fault the hotel in any way, Staff facilities every was perfect

  Disliked: Didn't like Puerto rico, Usually stay in Puerto del Carmen in lanzarote... Puerto Rico feels like parts need a lot of investment and less alcohol

  Liked: We had a 10 night stay we loved everything about the hotel we couldn't fault it the staff the breakfast the facilities were excellent 👍🏻

  Disliked: We didn't like that you only were issued with 1 key but that's being picky it actually didn't matter 😕

  Disliked: Just the beds, as a couple; the Single Beds used as Double Beds kept sliding apart. Which was a bit annoying as you'd have to stand up and reset the bed slide it back together.. probably movable latches on corners of bed would help as a single solution..
