  A great find!

  Liked: Local to Europa, and very clean! Only stayed 2 nights and got cleaners and clean towels inbetween. Straight out of one door onto pool and private seating area, out of other door to terrace seating area. Floor standing fan in room and complimentary toiletries! Will definitely be returning!

  Liked: The location is exactly where we wanted to be

  Disliked: They take 100 euro deposit before you check in & we have heard through many people that it’s not easy to get back once you’ve checked out Also the fact that they do not accept cash in the bar only cards

  Liked: Friendly staff food was decent and worthy of the price paid. Pool was metres from apartment and site was clean

  Disliked: Was asked for 100 euros deposit when checking in not listed anywere when booking. This has not been returned or have I received any correspondence regarding deposit. I have sent three emails requesting my deposit to be returned and have not had a reply. I enjoyed my stay as all inclusive was great value for money but I will not be returning next year as planned due to no correspondence regarding deposit.

  Cheap ish break but still poor value terrible food and pools suitable for kids only

  Liked: Small with low rise apartment style accommodation

  Disliked: Few maixtenance issues with door handles falling off and the advertised free beach bus was only once a day each way the 2 pools are tiny

  Don’t go there with kids!!!!!!!!

  Liked: Holiday dates: 18–26 August 2026 Unfortunately, we have returned from this holiday feeling extremely disappointed. The holiday and accommodation were not what we reasonably expected based on the information, photographs and description provided when we made our booking. The main problems we experienced were: * photo on the web is totally different then reality * they change towels every 3 days rom was dirty * staff very rude * food no nice * I try contact on the beach for transfer but you didn’t answer * Anything that made the holiday uncomfortable or unpleasant Staff very rude!!! Pretending they don’t speak English 😖after 9 pm every thing close no one there if something happens you are by your self…. We arrive 12 midnight they don’t give us water for drink (2 kids with us) they said go outside to buy we don’t know anything 😭😭😭the worst time in my life!!!!!!!!! We spent a significant amount of money on this holiday and expected the accommodation and facilities to be of the standard advertised when we booked. Had we known what the hotel was actually like, we would not have chosen this holiday.

  Hotel receptionist gave us the wrong transfer times

  Liked: Absolutely awful experience, avoid this hotel. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had with a hotel. The hotel gave us the wrong time for our airport transfer, which caused us to miss it. This was completely due to incorrect information provided by the hotel. What is absolutely ridiculous is that, after their mistake left us without our transfer, the hotel refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. We were forced to pay €75 for a taxi to the airport because of their error, and despite explaining the situation, they refused to reimburse us. It’s bad enough to give guests incorrect information, but the complete lack of accountability afterwards was even worse. They made a mistake that cost us €75 and then essentially left us to deal with the consequences ourselves. Extremely poor customer service, no accountability and a very disappointing attitude towards guests. A hotel should be willing to put things right when their own mistake causes a guest unnecessary expense. I would seriously think twice before staying here. We certainly won’t be coming back.
