  Liked: First time staying in a Villa but would go back tomorrow,plenty of space, pool was lovely and big,and Villa was huge lovely dining areas outside and spotless clean everywhere and really quite at night,can walk to the local beach but would recommend a car for getting around and going to shops

  Excellent stay!

  Liked: We had a fantastic stay at Villa 31. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Located in a lovely quiet location but not too far from anywhere we wanted to visit. We had the pool heated which was great for our young children. I would highly recommend this Villa. and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if we were to visit Gran Canaria again!

  Excellent vacation villa

  Liked: Very clean, spacious, and comfortable villa. Everything needed for a relaxing vacation is provided. The host is very responsive and helpful. A short drive to the beach, shopping center, and other amenities.

  Great villa for a large family or friends getaway

  Liked: Great villa, for our family of 5 adults 3 teens and a baby was very comfortable, each with their own bedroom with shower and toilet, pool and sun loungers, relaxation areas, table tennis we used every evening. We cooked our own food, very convenient because there is all the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking. The location of the villa is convenient only if you have a car, there is a garage for 2 cars. Although one day we also walked to the local good and sandy beach 20 minutes. Villa neat, clean, nice reception.

  Disliked: Our stay was a bit spoiled by the rain, after which the necessary sockets, e.g. for charging the phone, did not work, the internet did not work, we could not put on the TV or even background music, to make the mood even better, and the lights on the outdoor terrace, as well as by the grill, no longer worked. The electricians fixed everything twice, but it was not completely fixed.

  Very good value for money. Host was great at organising the stay. Ricardo was great at beach club

  Fabulous villa in quiet location managed by the amazing Ricardo

  Liked: Lovely location. Very quiet. Really spacious villa. Comfortable beds. Well equipped bathrooms. Great touches - lots of loo roll, soaps in the bathroom, dishwasher tablets, tea towels. Outside space lovely. Ricardo who met us to hand over keys was charming, spoke excellent English, very helpful, very quick to respond to messages. Huge bonus was a day at the Amadores beach club nearby - such a brilliant place, fabulous staff. Definitely recommend it - food and drink delicious and very reasonable.

  Disliked: Pool not huge but perfect for cooling off in otherwise couldn’t fault it!
