  If you want to have more local experience

  Liked: We stayed in apartment 2, which has a balcony with a very nice side view of the sea and part of the town. It faces west, so we enjoyed beautiful evening sun and even a bit of sunset every day. The place is located right in the center of the old part of town, where you find not only tourists but also locals. This means a great selection of grocery stores, banks, cafés, and restaurants nearby. It’s very different from the more touristy areas closer to the Faro de Morro Jable. The location is super convenient—just a few steps from everything, including a wide sandy beach and dunes that are nicely protected by hills, even on very windy days. The apartment itself is done with good taste, very clean, and—very importantly—the beds are extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows to suit any preference. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything needed for daily use. The owners also kept a good stock of coffee and some other essentials. There is a laundry room as well, and the provided washing powder was highly appreciated. We had a car, but honestly, you could easily manage without one since everything is within walking distance. Parking in the area was generally manageable. There is a big parking lot Aparcamientos a couple of hundreds meters away. It was very busy in the morning, decent in the afternoons and then busy again in the evenings but we always managed to find a place. The owners were very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great place to stay: comfortable, well-located, and with everything you need for a relaxing

  Disliked: Some people are complaining about noise coming from a bar in the building nearby, that happened every second day but frankly it didn’t bother us, even though we had small kids. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful.
